Bespoke training sessions with me. It’s all about you and reaching your full potential.

Starting in 2024, I will be operating from “The Cabin”, my new, private, indoor PT space in Frampton Cotterell.

From £235 per month

  • 1 hour sessions with me once, twice or three times per week.

  • Bespoke PT sessions built around your goals, exercise preferences and your body.

  • Ongoing review, making sure you’re moving closer to that goal every session.

  • A fully personalised online programme to follow outside of PT sessions. Accessed via my app.

  • A weekly check-in call: we’ll work together to build movement habits into your life in a sustainable way.

  • Habit tracking and support from me via my app.

  • A research based approach.

  • 50% discount on my outdoor class.

  • Virtual PT sessions available. Please contact me if you wish to build these into your package instead or as an add-on.

The Programme Package

From £210 per month

  • 1 hour sessions with me once, twice or three times per week.
