The Full Group Experience

£107.50-137.50 per person, per month

  • Free, in-depth consultation.

  • Weekly 1 hour group session with me.

  • Sessions built around the goals, exercise preferences and abilities of the group.

  • Ongoing review to ensure you’re progressing to those goals.

  • A group online programme to follow outside of PT sessions. Accessed via my app.

  • A weekly group check-in call to help you implement your new routine.

  • Habit tracking and support from me via my app.

  • A research based approach.

  • 50% discount on my outdoor class.

  • Group training with 1-1 online coaching is also available, please enquire for pricing.

Sessions + On Demand Workouts

£85-115 per person, per month

  • Free, in-depth consultation.

  • Access to my on demand workout programme via my training app.

  • A research based approach.

Starting in 2024, I will be operating from “The Cabin”, my new, private, indoor PT space in Frampton Cotterell.
