What’s included?

A structured, but flexible training plan

A 12 week programme for the gym or at home. Up to 3 flexible sessions a week alongside bonus workouts. You’re free to mix and match as much as you like depending on your time and energy levels.

Guidance and education

Resources to help you break up with diet culture for good. And if you require it, I can give advice and signpost to resources on nutrition from an intuitive eating standpoint. No meal plans or diets, ever.

Expert accountability

3 check-in calls over the 12 weeks to ensure the programme is working for you. We will use this time to navigate building new habits and chat about how movement can become a really positive part of your life.

Access to my app

Like a PT in your pocket, the sessions can be as flexible as you’d like. Exercise demos included too! The app is a great way to track progress and keep in touch with me and the group; celebrating wins, sharing advice and motivating each other.

New feature!

Each 4 week block, we will get together virtually for a session working on a specific skill chosen by the group - this might be getting more depth in your squats, mastering push ups… any type of movement!
